Upstairs lounge and dining area::A stylish modern lounge and dining area located upstairs and well suited to the adults in the family. Check out the BLING on the lounge, we loved it as soon as we saw it.
Brand new kitchen::A simple yet functional kitchen that has enough room for a few cooks. There is plenty of bench and fridge space and a whole range of utensils for cooking up a storm.
Upstairs bathroom::We love this bathroom, no shower screens to bump into or hop into the corner bath for a nice relaxing tub.
Upstairs Queen bed::There is plenty of room in this upstairs bedroom and to help keep the little tikes out there are privacy locks on all bedroom doors.
Upstairs Bunk beds::The second bedroom upstairs has a double bunk. The top bunk is suitable for kids only
Games / Craft room::Colouring in, puzzles, games & books... hopefully you can get some quiet time...
Plenty of DVDs::We have plenty of DVDs to choose from.. suitable for babies to Grandparents.... more around the sides of the cabinet.
Downstairs lounge room::What a great place to plonk with the kids, grab a bean bag or relax on the lounge and watch TV or read a book. We have plenty of DVD's and some great books or bring your own.
Extras for the little ones::Because we know what it's like to have to lug around a whole heap of things for the little ones, we have a range of extras including: a rocker, a bouncer, a walker, a high chair, a play pen, a stroller and a portable cot.
Downstairs Queen bed::With plenty of room to move around there is also a lounge for relaxing in your own private area of the house and it also overlooks the pool area.
Downstairs double bunk::The second bedroom downstairs has a double bunk. The top bunk is suitable for kids only.
Outdoor Dining::There is a 4 burner gas BBQ and 10 seat outdoor dining table overlooking the pool and back yard.
Back yard with pool::We love the back yard, with plenty of lush green area to play on and a great salt water in-ground pool to spend your days swimming or sit back and chill with a book while the kids burn off their energy. You can easily see the pool from most areas.
Backyard play fort and swing set::Let the kids imagination run wild, all the kids we have visit gravitate to the play fort, it doesn't matter if they are 2 or 15. There is a slide, a baby swing and a climbing pallet, the swing set has 2 swings and a see saw.
Double Hammock::Whether it's a book or music or just chillin, this double hammock is super comfortable and can be moved around the yard to suit.
Front of Family Funhouse::We have parking space for 2 cars and a boat or 3 cars
Local Shops::Great food at the local take away & bakery, just across from the waters edge, boat ramp & park.
Local shops::The Anchor restaurant is very relaxed, great food and service.
Local Shops::Everything you could want at Foodworks. Treat yourself at the hair dressers. Petrol Station & more. Just 5 min walk from the Family Funhouse.
Sandy Beach::Sandy Beach has a netted swim area, park, BBQs & toilet block. It's approx 2 min drive form the house.
Waters Edge & Park::This waters edge is across the road from the local shops, approx 5 min walk from the house. you will also find a boat ramp and jetty you can fish from.

Tennis & Sporties Club::You will find these tennis courts and Sporties club at the start of our street...
Gwandalan Bowling Club::5 minute drive to this great club... Excellent food and quick & friendly service... have lunch out on the deck while you look at this beautiful view. You will also find a park out on the deck to keep the kids happy.
